Affiliate membership is open to all companies engaged in business that is related to the mortgage industry, but not directly lending. Annual membership dues are pro-rated, depending on the month of initiation and is a flat annual dues of $275 per year. All employees of the affiliate company are members of the DMBA. Membership allows all employees to attend general membership meetings, and social events (for a fee).
Mortgage Company Membership
Mortgage company membership is open to those engaged in mortgage lending and has an office in the greater Miami Valley area. Annual membership dues are pro-rated, depending on the month of initiation and based on the total number of employees engaged in the local area. Individual employees do not need to join if the employer is a member. Membership allows all employees to attend general membership meetings, and social events (for a fee).
- $300 => 1–5 Employees
- $400 => 6–14 Employees
- $500 => 15+ Employees
