Why Become a DMBA Member?

The goal of Dayton Mortgage Bankers Association is to assist its members in setting their business up for long-term success. DMBA endeavors to keep its members on top of industry developments that could potentially impact their business. We provide recommendations through our communications, publications, education, conferences and more to help members get ahead of industry changes. Along with industry news and data, DMBA provides meaningful connections. Armed with all of these tools, members can make intelligent decisions that allow their business to survive and thrive. Membership Meetings

The Dayton Mortgage Bankers Association hosts monthly membership meetings that merge both educational, and networkingopportunities for both members and guests.

Community Involvement

The Dayton Mortgage Bankers works with several local charitable organizations to give back to the community that supports us. Some of these organizations include Rebuilding Together Dayton, For the Love of Children, The Dayton Fire Department, and Habitat for Humanity. We partner yearly in April with the Dayton Area Board of Realtors for the Rebuilding Dayton Day working in the community to help improve less fortunate homeowners quality of life.

Educational Programs

The DMBA works closely with our partners in the mortgage insurance industry, and title industry to deliver valuable educational programming for our members.

Network with Peers

In addition to our educational and general membership meetings we host several social events through the year for our members to spend time with others in the industry.

BECOME A MORTGAGE COMPANY MEMBER

Mortgage company membership is open to those engaged in mortgage lending and have an office in the greater Miami Valley area. Annual membership dues are pro-rated, depending on the month of initiation and based on the total number of employees engaged in the local area. Individual employees do not need to join if the employer is a member. Membership allows all employees to attend general membership meetings, and social events (for a fee).

BECOME AN AFFILIATE MEMBER

Affiliate membership is open to all companies engaged in business that is related to the mortgage industry, but not directly lending. Annual membership dues are pro-rated, depending on the month of initiation and is a flat annual dues of $275 per year. All employees of the affiliate company are members of the DMBA. Membership allows all employees to attend general membership meetings, and social events (for a fee).

 

ATTEND AS A GUEST

Want to “try us out”? Anyone with an affiliation to the mortgage finance industry is invited to attend two monthly meetings, for the cost of the meeting.
