Understanding the Different Generations: Selling to Millennials

Get tips and techniques that will help you better understand and effectively communicate with baby boomers, Gen Xers and millennials. In this hands-on course, participants will learn how to develop communication strategies for each of these groups. 

Lunch will consist of an Italian themed buffet. 

This is a great Seminar for Mortgage professionals who want to understand the unique characteristics and needs of these different homebuyer groups so they can better communicate with each. 

Sherry Wilson will be leading us through this Seminar. 

Sherry has over 20 years of experience in adult learning and education, primarily working in the mortgage insurance, banking and financial services industries. Sherry’s mortgage insurance background includes the design and delivery of operations, technical, business skills and leadership courses. In her current role as a Senior Operations Trainer for Essent, her primary focus is on the development and delivery of onsite and online mortgage operations courses for mortgage lenders in the US. Sherry holds a certificate in Human Performance Improvement from the Association for Talent Development and is a Certified Trainer in DISC Behavioral Profiling.
